Victor S. Voinovich, Sr., President of First Place Commercial Realty, LLC is headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio.   His listings have included vacant land, medical office buildings, shopping centers, NNN sale-leasebacks, multi-family, hotels, and tenant representation assignments. His clients have included Fortune 500 companies as well as major developers.  He has recently developed expertise in the emerging Single Family Portfolio marketing.  Vic recently was a franchisee in the Cleveland area with SVN International and was able to create extensive relationships with commercial real estate brokers throughout the United States. 

Vic is familiar with all aspects of underwriting, marketing, and negotiating a commercial real estate transaction smoothly through the closing process. As a CPA, Vic is knowledgeable in the tax and financial ramifications associated with Commercial Real Estate. While licensed in Ohio, he has participated with other agents in listing and selling properties in Texas, Illinois, Indiana, Alabama, Arizona, South Carolina, New York, Georgia, New Jersey Pennsylvania, and Ontario.   One of the hallmarks of his service offering is that he communicates extensively with his clients providing frequent written and verbal reports on all marketing and transaction activities.
